Instructions for Enrollment

Welcome to Enchanted Acres Preschool and Childcare Services. To help process your registration and reserve a space, please complete the following:

 

Submit enrollment packet:
  • Childcare Registration Form
  • Child Care Agreement
  • Permission Authorization
  • Permission Policy Form
  • Policy/Procedure Acknowledgement
  • Certificate of Immunization Form
  • About Your Child (optional but nice to have)

     

Submit fees:
  • Enrollment Fee
  • Curriculum Fee (Preschool Only)
  • First and Last Week of Expenses

 

Enchanted Acres Preschool and Childcare Fees

I offer the best sibling discounts in town-up to 12% off oldest child (full time clients)!

50% off registration fees for active military families!

 

Childcare Fees: Daycare is paid in advance on Fridays for the upcoming week. (Rates are subject to change w/o prior notice)

Full Time Weekly:

Infants-12months $175

12 months-2 ½ years *$150

2 ½ -4 years $125

4-6 years $115

 

Part time Daily Rates

Infants-12 months $35

12 months-2 ½ years $32

2 ½-4 years $30*

4-6 years $25

*child must be completely potty trained or $32 daily/$150 weekly rate applies.

**$115 minimum charge for infants per week.**

 **$75 minimum charge per week for all other ages**

 

Drop in care: $40 per day all ages

 

Before/After School:

$75 week for before OR after school care ($90 for Kindergarteners for after school)

$100 week for both before AND after school care ($115 for Kindergarteners)

Registration Fee: There is an annual registration fee of $50 for childcare. For families with 2 or more children, first child is $50, second is $25 and every child after is $10. Registration is due at time of enrollment and every September after.

 

Preschool Only Monthly Fees:

5 days-$200      4 days-$175      3 days-$150

Preschool Curriculum Fee: $100-covers most workbooks and science and art supplies. Curriculum fee is due by August 1st and non-refundable after August 10th.

Preschool Annual Enrollment Fee: $50 per child-non-refundable fee that is payable at time of enrollment.
