Hey Enchanted Acres Families! How have you all been??? We've been great, very busy! I've been teaching at a preschool in Gig Harbor, which I love, but a day doesn't go by when I don't think about your little ones! Especially now that the sun is out!
My house is so quiet without all these little people running around in the sunshine giggling!!! :o) So.....
What do you all think about a summer camp????
I will be working at my preschool this summer, however, I will only be there until early afternoon, so I thought, hey! Why don't I have my families drop off their kiddos for an afternoon of summer camp! So here I am. I am in the beginning stages of deciding whether to have a summer camp at my house this summer for previous Enchanted kids and their friends. I just need to check with all of you to see if it is something you are interested in. I will need a min. of 8 kids per week to do this to help cover my costs and cover me hiring a helper for each week.
Now, just have to warn you: my preschool classroom is almost none existant. 
I've been battling with my hubby to not tear it down! So it may or may not be standing by this summer! But don't worry...my house is large and my living room can definately accomedate everyone! Also, my large outside toys are gone, however, there is still plenty to do outside: sandbox, waterplay, bubbles, toys and trucks, nature walks and we'll play lots of group games!!!
So, if this sounds like something you are interested in, please let me know what weeks you think you'd be able to attend and whether or not your child will be bringing a friend. Remember, I need a min of 8 kids to hold the camp per week. Camp is scheduled to be Mon-Thurs, from 1:15-3:45. Cost is $100 per week.
Summer Camp Breakdown:
Ages 2 1/2 to 5 (do not need to be potty trained!)
Mon-Thurs from 1:15-3:45pm
Cost: $100 per week
ALL Snacks and Projects covered
LOTS OF FUN!!!!
**Min of 8 kids needed per week!**

It is with great reluctance and regret that I have decided to close my business Enchanted Acres Preschool and Childcare, effective, November 14, 2008. I have decided to take this time to evaluate my current goals and investigate new opportunities. It has been a genuine pleasure providing childcare services to each and everyone of you. Your children have taken a special place inside my heart and been a true joy to interact with. I will deeply miss all of you and wish all of you the very best in all your endeavors. If I may be of any assistance to you in locating childcare, please know that I will gladly make myself available to you during this time. Thank you again for allowing your children to be a part of Enchanted Acres Preschool and Childcare.

Mid-October: Enchanted Acres is expanding! Sometime in October we will be accepting new enrollments for children birth-6 years old. Older siblings are always welcome! :o)
